2019 YILI TEKNIK DESTEK PROGRAMI

Orta Anadolu Kalkinma Ajansi tarafindan, TR72 Bölgesi’ndeki kar amaci gütmeyen paydaslarin kurumsal kapasitelerini artirmak amaciyla yürütülen teknik destek programlari ile 2012 yilindan günümüze kadar 249 proje destek almaya hak kazanmistir. Uygulanan teknik destek faaliyetleri sonucunda ise yaklasik 13.000 kisi egitim almistir.

ORAN sonuç odakli programlari ve TR72 Bölge Plani çerçevesinde olusturulan 2019 yili Teknik Destek Programi’na basvurular KAYS (Kalkinma Ajanslari Yönetim Sistemi) üzerinden yapilacak olup, program öncelikleri su sekilde belirlenmistir:

1.Öncelik:Mesleki Egitim Kalitesinin Artirilmasi

2.Öncelik:Egitim ve Istihdam Saglanmasi Yoluyla Sosyal Yasamin Gelistirilmesi

3.Öncelik:Bölgesel yenilik ve girisimcilik kültürünün yayginlastirilmasi ve imalat ve hizmet sektörlerinde kurumsal ve beseri kapasitenin gelistirilmesi

4.Öncelik:Turizmin çesitlendirilmesi ve turizmde rekabet gücünün arttirilmasi

5.Öncelik:Kamu kurum ve kuruluslari, özel kesim, sivil toplum kuruluslari ve yerel yönetimlerin kurumsal ve beseri altyapilarinin gelistirilmesi

2018 YILI TEKNIK DESTEK PROGRAMI

Orta Anadolu Kalkinma Ajansi tarafindan Bölgedeki yerel aktörlerin bölgesel kalkinma açisindan önem arz eden, ancak kurumsal kapasite eksikligi nedeniyle hazirlik ve uygulama asamalarinda sikinti ile karsilasilan çalismalarina egitim verme, program ve proje hazirlanmasina katki saglama, geçici uzman personel görevlendirme, danismanlik saglama, lobi faaliyetleri ve uluslararasi iliskiler kurma gibi konularda destek saglamaktir.

Teknik Destek Programi kapsaminda;

· Yerel yönetimlerin basta planlama çalismalari ile bölge plan ve programlarini uygulayici veya yerel kalkinma kapasitelerini artirici faaliyetlerinin desteklenmesi,

· Diger basvuru sahiplerinin yerel ve bölgesel kalkinmaya katkida bulunabilecek çalismalarinin desteklenmesi,

· Ajans 2014-2023 Bölge Plani amaçlari ile uyumlu olarak belirlenen 2018 Yili Çalisma Programi Sonuç Odakli Programlari (SOP) çerçevesinde; bölgede faaliyet gösteren kamu kurum ve kuruluslari, özel kesim, sivil toplum kuruluslari ve yerel yönetimlerin kurumsal ve beseri altyapilarinin gelistirilmesi ve isbirligi kapasitesinin artirilmasina yönelik faaliyetlerin desteklenmesi hedeflenmektedir.

Program Öncelikleri;

Bu program kapsaminda yararlanici kurulusa dogrudan mali destek verilmeyecektir. Ajans bu destekleri mevcut bütçe ve personel imkânlari çerçevesinde temelde kendi personeli eliyle veya teknik destek hizmet alimi yoluyla saglayacaktir. Teknik destegin hizmet alimi yoluyla saglanmasi durumunda; her bir teknik destegin Ajans’a toplam maliyeti 50.000 TL‘yi asamayacaktir.

Within the scope of Technical Support Program;

Local governments, especially planning activities and regional plans and programs to implement or local development capacity to increase activities,

It is aimed to support the work of other public institutions and organizations such as public institutions, professional organizations, non-governmental organizations, organized industrial zones, small industrial sites, technology development zones, associations and cooperatives to contribute to local and regional development.

Direct beneficiary funding will not be provided under this program. The Agency will provide these supports mainly through its own staff or through the purchase of technical support services within the framework of available budget and staffing facilities. In case technical support is provided through service procurement; the total cost of each technical support to the Agency will not exceed 15,000 TL.

2016 YEAR TECHNICAL SUPPORT PROGRAM

SUCCESS PROJECTS

Applications for the 2016 Technical Assistance Program announced by the Central Anatolia Development Agency were completed.

According to the evaluation results of the 2016 Technical Assistance Program, the applicants who have been successful and eligible to receive support are presented below.

Signing of the contracts will take place no later than 10 working days after successful requests for technical support are posted on the website of the Agency. Applicants will lose their right to receive support if they do not apply to the Agency to sign the contract within this time. Applicants who have been successful under the 2016 Technical Assistance Program will be notified in writing by the Agency.
